A Thank-You Letter:

Written by a student who participated in Jeff Slathar’s Sponge Cake class last month.

Jeff, Thank you for your teaching skills. The cake roll was a big hit at my meeting on the 7th. I made 3 cake rolls. I will be making sponge cake often. Very easy and rewarding. Just wanted to let you know that there is someone that does go home and use the skills you teach.
