Drummies Waffle

Named after loyal friend and CH guest Ron Drummond, Drummies Waffle has been a breakout breakfast hit. Take a Belgian Waffle, light and fluffy with a hint of vanilla, add two eggs any style, and your choice of either two strips of bacon or two sausage links. Start your day the Drummond way!

Butterscotch Pie

Check out this month’s Newsletter for our made from scratch recipe of this Colonial House hit. With Fall upon us, there’s no better time to enjoy the seasonal aromas and savory flavors of delicious Butterscotch Pie. A popular favorite, this flavorful treat combines brown sugar with milk, butter, and eggs to produce a rich, gooey butterscotch. You won’t be able to have just one piece!

Red Hoptober

Brought to us by New Belgium Brewing, their description of this seasonal specialty makes us want a tall glass, asap! “Shining like autumn leaves in a globe glass this beer pours a dark and lovely garnet as it builds a bright, inviting head. The Eldorado hops are bold and present with a distinct, piney flavor while the caramel malt and roasted barley provide a backbone to stand Red Hoptober upright. Centennial and Cascade hops offer hints of citrus, tickling the nose, while the tongue carries a subtle, roasty tone that pairs pleasantly with the warming bite of bitter. Red Hoptober is perfect for shortening days and campfire nights.” We’ll cheers to that!
