All you wanted to know about the Colonial House... And More!

The Colonial House Restaurant and Bar is run by the infamous Beshara Family - Bill, Sandy, Kevin and Bob.

BILL: He says something and expects it to get done - has a point and shoot attitude. One day Bill noticed there were no cars outside the once popular "Taylor's Restaurant." He said to himself, "I can run a restaurant better than that."

SANDY: When Bill told her he was buying a restaurant she said he was crazy! Bill told her, "No, you are because I volunteered you to run it."

With Sandy's OCD work ethic the restaurant was soon cleaner than most hospitals. She out worked everyone and was the first one in the door in the morning and the last one to leave each night. She had a "take no prisoners" cleaning attitude. Sandy continued to motivate everyone from the front of the restaurant and she would greet each day as the best day of her life.

KEVIN: The head chef and bottle washer.

Kevin had his arm twisted on the eve of his high school graduation with delusions of grandeur and fortunes beyond his wildest dreams from his father, Bill who convinced him to stay. At age 17, Kevin already had 3 years cooking experience under his belt. He began as a boiler line cook at the Holiday Inn under the guidance of his infamous mentor "Jeep." Kevin traded in his apron for a Colonial House spatula and head chef hat.

 BOB:

While living the good life in Reno, Nevada with his young wife he got a call from his dad. Bill told him, "Bob there is Gold in the Black Hills and you have to come share in the wealth." In other words, Kevin and Sandy couldn't keep up with Bills visions of domination without extra soldiers. The dream team was complete. Sandy was up front greeting everyone, Kevin was cooking up success and Bob was the glue keeping it all together.

By 1989 Bill and Sandy had loosened their reigns and turned the creative expansion over to their boys, Bob and Kevin. With a bright yellow paint job, a shortened name (CH R&B) and a neon sign the Colonial House was reborn.

The rest is -almost- history.
